Rossetts Commercials are looking to recruit for **Service Advisor **on a full-time basis to join their busy team in **Aldershot**.

Rossetts Commercials are a Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle dealer situated in the South East. Covering sales through to service, we are a ‘one-stop shop’ for all commercial vehicle needs. We are dedicated to developing our staff and are passionate about promoting within.

**About the role**:

- This is a fast paced and busy role where you will take responsibility for your customers. You will be acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever customers visit us to get their vehicle serviced, or when they need help or advice with the up keep of their vehicle.
- You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. From welcoming customers, you’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you’ll liaise with our parts team and suggest suitable additional products and services to the customer.

**About You**
- Previous dealership experience is required
- Kerridge / One Link experience is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,800.00-£32,800.00 per year
