An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and highly organised individuals to join our Bank Admin Clinic Typist Team. The post holder will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative & clerical support toour existing teams to cover short term, long term and ad hoc vacancies.

We are looking for colleagues with various levels of admin and clerical experience who have good accurate typing skills, and administration skills, interpersonal and organisational skills.

You will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the service, reliable, adaptable and have good organisational skills. A pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. You will also be computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, be a team player and able to maintain confidentiality.

There will be a range of opportunities based on your skills and our requirements; however duties covered by bank staff include clinic typing, updating the Patient Administration System, folding letters, sorting post, filing, photocopying, answering telephones.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
