Due to expansion we are seeking a sales negotiator valuer looking to take the next step in their career with one of North Somerset’s longest established estate agencies. With a portfolio typically spanning the widest range locally, we are growing our our team to strengthen a further develop our market leading on and off market sales position and seeking a talented **Senior Residential Sales Negotiator / Valuer** to join us now.

**About the Role**

As part of our busy central North Somerset office in Nailsea, you will ensure that sales instructions are marketed and sold efficiently and professionally.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Experience in property sales with valuation experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Smart personal presentation.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
- Two Saturdays per month (rota basis).
- Occasional flexibility required to meet client needs. However, we are closed on Sundays and all Bank Holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out property valuations and presentations, with training provided if required.
- Help improve market share while maintaining good fee levels.
- Handle daily applicant enquiries via portals, our website, phone calls, and in-office visits, ensuring accurate information is provided promptly.
- Keep our CRM system updated daily, following up on enquiries and archiving when necessary.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Represent our seller clients in negotiations with buyers.
- Manage the sales process from instruction to completion, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about local, regional, and national property trends to provide expert advice.
- Build and nurture client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Contribute to our social media strategy, helping to grow our online presence.
- Share ideas for improvements in marketing and operational efficiency through proptech solutions.
- Uphold professional standards by adhering to our meet-and-greet protocols for clients and visitors.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Engage with and following training programmes to ensure that you are personally and that the team are compliant in all areas of the law relating to property.

Pay: £23,000.00-£58,828.39 per year
