**Junior Claims Broker **(M/F/d)***:Roanoke Insurance Brokers are seeking an enthusiastic and well organised professional, to join a fast paced team as a Junior Claims Broker

You will provide accurate and high quality administrative support to the team, and work with existing and prospective clients to deliver an excellent claims service on a varied book of direct and reinsurance marine business.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Claims Department with the day-to-day handling of all claims related matters.
- Be fast, able to meet ambitious targets and take ownership of your own workload
- Setup advices and settlements on internal systems and ECF.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all electronic claims files are up to date and FCA/RIBL compliant.
- Respond to any/all internal, market and client queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain and develop collaborative working relationships with both clients and underwriters claims teams
- Be an ambassador ofgood Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
