**Maintenance Engineer**

**Buckingham, Buckinghamshire**

**Days (8 hours shift, flexible starts)**

**£41,600**

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading manufacturing company of construction products. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You willbe involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcomingteam of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

**Duties included**:

- Preventative maintenance on machines and equipment as well as responding to emergency machine break downs throughout the plant.
- Overhaul and repair of machines and equipment on site ensuring that they are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose.
- You must have good knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Previous **Industrial Maintenance Experience is essential.**:

- As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for all planned and preventative maintenance schedules, breakdowns and associated maintenance tasks.
- Experience with heavy engineering - pumps, gearboxes, motors etc.

**Experience required**:

- Electrical Engineering: Electrical fault finding, troubleshooting, improvements, repair, maintenance, installation or commissioning experience on state of the art electrical equipment, 3 phase electrics etc..
- PLC Knowledge such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, are not essential but would be an advantage.
- Pneumatics, Electronics, Hydraulics & Mechanical engineering
- such as compressors, electrical tools and equipment, welding machinery.
- Robotics maintenance experience would be an advantage
