We are currently recruiting for a **Volunteering Coordinator**to join our team based in **Whitley Bay**. You will join us on a **fixed-term, part-time** (22.5 hours) basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£24,904.00 per annum**.

**The **Volunteering Coordinator** Role**:
As our **Volunteering Coordinator ,**you will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing potential volunteers and getting them onboarded; thereby ensuring that our regional services have significant volunteer input. Therole **will require frequent travel to all Depaul regional projects.**
You will deliver in-depth induction and training programme for volunteers and provide support and supervision to them. In addition, you will act as a key point of contact with internal and external partners.
**About our **Volunteering Coordinator**:
- You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Managing significant volunteering and/or mentoring activity in a charitable and/ or corporate setting
- Experience working with young people or people who are homeless
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in delivering set targets and outcomes
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and anti-discriminatory working practices, and the implications of both in the working environment
