We are working with a client based in Stonehouse who are urgently looking to hire an experienced Account Assistant to join their small Finance team on Maternity cover.

This progressive IT & telecommunications managed service provider has created a great working environment which is friendly and welcoming.

The main responsibility of the Account Assistant will be to offer support to the Finance Director with aspects of accounts payable and receivable. There will also be the opportunity to take on more responsibility and assist with prepayments for management accounts and journal entries.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle all areas of Accounts Payable/Receivable

Stock Management

Accruals and Prepayments

Management Accounts and Journal preparation

**Skills/ Experience**:
High level of accuracy

Analytical skills

Strong time management, consistent deadlines will need to be met
