Reporting to the Senior Compliance Coordinator, we are looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis, based on site in Bath 5 days a week.

More about your role

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all required compliance documentation is maintained on Touchstone property management platforms.

On a daily basis you will work with the Compliance Manager to develop and maintain a high level of performance, using available resources to maximise resources.

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

Experience & Skills
- Experience in an administration/ customer service role
- Experience with MS packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
