**CNC Milling Programmer - Thirsk, North Yorkshire**

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer to join our expanding team in Thirsk. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company working on high-precision automotive manufacturing projects.

**Position Overview**:

- **Location**: Thirsk, North Yorkshire
- **Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- **Employment Type**: Full-time, permanent
- **Working Hours**: Day shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program CNC milling machines (primarily HAAS) using **HyperMill** and **Fusion 360**:

- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machinery efficiently
- Interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models with accuracy
- Conduct in-process inspections to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience programming CNC milling machines, ideally HAAS
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software such as HyperMill and/or Fusion 360
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and 3D models
- Solid knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and best practices
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
