Due to continued business growth, Kingdom Healthcare is excited to announce that a vacancy has opened up for a **Rapid Response**Co-ordinator**to assist in the management of the daily operation of our Homecare Division based in Toomebridge.

**Location**:Based in Toomebridge
**Contract**:Full time, Permanent
**Hours of work**:5 days per week on a rolling two-week rota
**Rate of Pay**:£11.23 per hour
**Main Purpose of Role**:
- Support domiciliary care services, care workers and service users in the delivery of home care in the Mid Ulster area, in accordance with legislated quality standards and company equal opportunities and health and safety policy.
- Work with a team of care workers in co-ordinating safe delivery of care services as prescribed.
- Where necessary, cover planned/unplanned absence.
- Cover ‘on call’ as part of the rota.
- Be responsible as the main allocated care worker for high dependency service user’s care.
- Lead the care package in terms of co-ordinating services and training care staff.
- Provide services in line with RQIA, our regulatory body and exceed Regulation Quality and Improvement Authority minimum standards.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- Work with a team of care workers in co-ordinating safe delivery of Rapid Responseservices as prescribed.
- To actively promote a positive and person-centred approach to enable service users to achieve their potential for independence.
- To work and co-operate with cares, family, appointed guardians, and other professionals involved in the delivery of person-centred care plans.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Professional, Reliable and an Effective Communicator:
- Two year's experience in a supervisory role within the previous five years.
- Experience with rotas
- Be able to take responsibility
- Have leadership skills
- Flexible
- Computer literate and become competent in the use of Kingdom Healthcare CRM/Scheduling programs
