An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to Join Brook Street
- one of the worlds leading recruitment agencies within the Admin and Clerical Sector.

Your role as a Customer Service Administrator will be to work as part of a team, under the supervision and direction of your Manager, to work on a high volume of jobs and deliver workers into some of our most prestigious public sector clients.

This role will suit somebody who is process driven and able to work to KPIs, targets and deadlines. This role will offer a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 from home once full training has been completed.

**Experience and skills requir**ed:

- Experience of working within a customer focused role either face to face or telephone based
- Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Must have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be adaptable and willing to learn
- Must be driven and motivated
- Must always be extremely personable and professional
- Must be able to travel to the Uxbridge office
