Bartender

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality, addressing any customer concerns promptly and effectively.

**Experience**
- **Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential (min 5 years)**:

- Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage preparation
- A strong understanding of food safety practices is beneficial to maintain health standards within the bar environment.
- Excellent time management skills are essential to handle busy shifts effectively while providing outstanding service.
- A friendly demeanour and willingness to help others are crucial traits for success in this role.
