**Responsibilities**:

- Underwriting of Taxi Fleet and Truck Fleet policies including accurate quoting and full transparency of new business and renewal premiums in accordance with Company procedures and authority limits.
- Relationship building and negotiating with existing and new Brokers.
- Compliance with FCA regulation and Company Training & Competence Plan
- You will be conducting general administration business support as and when required.

**Experience**:

- You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written coupled with an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- You will have a flexible, adaptable, and pro-active approach to tasks with the ability to learn quickly,
- You will be adept at problem-solving in a stressful environment.
- You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload in line with changing priorities,
- You will be a great collaborator, with the willingness to support others.
- You will be competent in using MS packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
- Insurance experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
