**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing assistance to guests throughout their visit. A passion for food and customer service is essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and cater to special dietary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Bartending skills would be an advantage for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
