**So. What is this role exactly?**

This is an exciting opportunity for an Allocations & Lettings Officer to Join the Housing Management team, providing a high-quality Lettings service to new and existing customers, in the Warrington area.

**What will my working week look like?**

You will also be responsible for supporting existing customers when ending their tenancy, again ensuring a smooth process from notice to the home going into maintenance. You will also need to be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.

**What will I be responsible for doing?**

First and foremost, you will be responsible for the empty homes and lettings process. Liaising with customers - new and existing, liaising with Local authority, external partners, and internal teams, ensuring all work undertaken is completed with due regard for the customer, business need, productivity, and quality.

One of the important things about this role is you will represent YHG and be a first point of contact for new customers. You will also support the Group’s approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback by taking the lead in proactively minimising and assisting in resolution of queries.
