garden, food storage, and housewares.

**Reports to: Office Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Process orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle the processing of invoices and delivery notes.
- Coordinate and book deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain organised filing systems.
- Communicate with customers over the phone to handle inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure smooth

operations.

- Confident self-starter with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail orientated.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and take ownership.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Team player.
- No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
