**The Role - Special Needs teaching assistant**

This role is a great opportunity for a positive and well-mannered Special Needs teaching assistant to work with Post 16 students who have Special Educational Needs. Due to the students' needs, it is essential for the ideal Special needs teaching assistantto have experience working with children or young people who have complex needs or have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. This role also involves dealing with challenging behaviour.

**SEN School - Specials Needs teaching assistant**

This SEN school is located in the London Borough of Wandsworth and caters to students between the ages of 16-24 years who have been diagnosed with various Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They currently have 96 students who attendthe school and an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' from their last inspection in October 2021.
