**Responsibilities**

**Regular review and maintenance of all HR related policies to ensure they remain compliant with all aspects of UK employment law.**
Support Line Managers to provide day to day maintenance of all matters relating to the employee life cycle, including:
Onboarding, including management of the starter, induction, and probation review process.
**Administration relating to contracts and standard employment letters and maintenance of personnel files.**
Supporting line managers with bi-annual performance review process
**Ensuring duty of care processes are followed by all staff.**
Receiving and managing requests for flexible working
**Providing guidance and administrative support on absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures**
Ensuring completion of exit process administration
**Annual staff culture survey**
Lead/Support with change management processes
**Attend Daily Operations/Departmental meetings and provide updates as and when required**
Conduct weekly PDCA Meetings with Managers and follow up with action plans
**Maintenance of all HR records in line with current employment law including GDPR requirements.**
Maintenance of job banding/grading profiles to ensure benchmarking across roles
**Maintenance of the HR Information System and run ad hoc reports as and when required**
Ensure payroll is prepared in a timely manner and accurately
**Support HR change projects, company initiatives and social corporate projects as and when required**

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Essential**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience within a HR Officer/Advisor role
- Studying towards CIPD level 5
- In-depth knowledge of current Employment Law
- Ability to handle employee relations matters
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
