**Pay** - £12.72ph
**Address** - Foss house, York, YO1 7PR
**Working hours**:
- Monday-Friday (9-5) 2 days per week in the office, 3 at home.
This is a varied role, but will include general administration duties - such as the booking of hire cars, meetings and the purchase of PPE. You will be the first point of contact for your designated area. Providing support through your designated inbox andalso providing cover for phone lines when required.
**Other tasks can include**:
- Providing secretariat support to a number of committees
- The planning and delivery of meetings and events (internal and external)
- Financial activities; including raising of Purchase Orders and paying of invoices
- Collation of Management Information
- Support functions for Operations
- Providing secretariat support
- Booking travel, accommodation, car hire, lease cars
- General enquiries on food hygiene, business start-ups and enquiries
- Equipment and stationery ordering/monitoring with specific focus on Operations equipment
- Support the transactions lead in driving work flow, allocation and continuous improvement within the team
- To have a working knowledge of the other CSU work streams and work flexibly across them should the need arise.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong admin background
- Able to plan and prioritise workload
- Good communication skills
- proficient with M/S packages and outlook
- Able to work at pace
