**Assistant Store Manager - York - Salary up to £24,000 + Bonus & Benefits**

**The Role**

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the store manager; coordinating and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Eye-catching window displays, smiling shoppers and busy tills - you'll be across it all, thanks to your keen commercialawareness and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You'll juggle everything from reporting performance to handling store overheads, all while inspiring your team to maintain the highest retail standards. Your decisions will have a direct impact on the business' bottom line as you steer your store to success.
