Are you used to working in a busy warehouse style environment where things are constantly changing daily. We are looking to appoint a Stock Control Team Leader who has a proven success with improving and maintaining a busy stock control department. We are looking for someone who is whiling to go the extra mile for both our people and customers and become part of our values lead culture. This is a great opportunity for someone to be involved in implementing a continuous improvement culture. Within in this role you’ll have full support and guidance from our Team Managers and Shift Manager to help aid you and your department in encouraging a ‘can do’ approach. This is a permnant contract working at our Sheffield site in Chapeltown across our 6am - 2pm shift pattern but full flexibility would be appreciated as hours may change from time-to-time, and in return you will be paid a generous hourly rate of £12.39 per hour.

**Skills and responsibilities of our Stock Control Team Leader**:
Continuously improve and maintain the accuracy of a busy stock control department

Report weekly/monthly KPIs to the Stock Manager and Warehouse Planning Manager

Responsible for communication of information to Line Manager e.g., stock count variances, count accuracy and general warehouse queries

Maintain and improve performance levels to meet accuracy 99.5% within site KPI’s

Support customer with monthly/yearly audits

Investigate stock discrepancies within 24 hours

Keep accurate records of any customer returns and adjustments, be able to accurately prepare reports that can be presented to customer or the management team based on record of returns and adjustments

**What we need from out Stock Control Team Leader**:
Track record of working with stock and inventory including inventory-related systems and software

Previous experience working within a warehouse 3Pl style environment

Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, with particular emphasis on the use of Excel

Accurate attention to detail at all times

Demonstrate an awareness of cost in relation to stock losses/gains
