True Track Software are looking for a well-focused, positive individual looking for a long-term career installing, configuring, and training clients on a cloud based DMS/ERP solution within the Motorcycle, Caravan, and Agricultural industries.
You will be based at our offices in Stoke on Trent and expected to travel within a customer facing role installing, configuring, and training clients on the DMS/ERP into businesses across the United Kingdom.
The role involves software configuration of the DMS/ERP, data manipulation using excel spreadsheets when importing customer data and Training clients on how to use the software. You may be involved in some areas of hardware set-up in terms of printers, slipprinters, bar-code scanners etc. for the POS Module.
As this is a trainee role, you will be working alongside a very experienced mentor for at least 6 months where you will learn from the very best in our establishment.
If you enjoy working directly with customers, stock control ERP systems, Excel and looking for a long-term career then this role is for you
The successful person will: -- IT literate with a excellent understanding of Excel.
- Organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure in front of customers.
- Flexible to travel around the country to visit clients on occasion (full expenses and accommodation provided).
- The ability to create great relationships with prospective and existing clients.
The position offers a basic salary of £18K + Company Pension + Company Bonus Scheme + Mileage/Expenses or potentially a company car if required.
