**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:**
- **Order Processing**: Handling price inquiries, orders, change orders, coordinating timely deliveries, monitoring open orders via Sales Force and SAP and invoicing via SAP R/3
- ** Close Coordination**: Working closely with production, sales, and product management to optimize sales targets
- ** KPI**: maximize order to sales, minimize goods in transit
- ** Complaint Handling**: Processing complaints in collaboration with the credit department
- ** Master Data Maintenance**: Maintaining the SAP R/3 system data

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Successfully completed commercial training with at least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, preferably in multinational company
- Self-reliant, focused, results-driven, flexible
- Fluent English skills, strong German skills desirable
- Good PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 module SD)
