You will be an integral part of the finance team working alongside the Management Accountant, within a small, fast-growing company based in Sunbury. The key responsibilities will be the management of the sales ledger, stock management and general finance administration.
You will be responsible for the daily usage of financial processes, enhancing and updating where needed, management of sales ledger, maintenance of accounts, verifying and posting transactions and balancing accounts on a day to day or week to week basis. Youwill manage purchase payments and be responsible for credit control and submitting reports regarding receivables as required to China. You will liaise with clients, suppliers and banking contacts, manage & file relevant documentation as well as ensure thecompletion of bank reconciliations. You will also be responsible for inventory management, organising quarterly stock take and produce stock analysis and support colleagues to clear ageing stock. Duties will also include sales performance analysis and reporting,assisting the audit process and liaising with external personnel as well as cashflow reports.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (Office Based)
Part Time Hours considered each day if required.
