**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development, including physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Manage daily routines within the nursery, including meal times, nap times, and play activities.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the learning environment and support children's individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate any concerns to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the best interests of the children.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is desirable.
- Familiarity with nursery settings and practices is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead activities and manage groups of children effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred for transportation purposes related to outings or activities.
- Experience working with children of various ages is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
