**Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Renewals
Location**: Leicester

**Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 7pm. NO WEEKENDS **
**Starting salary of £21,500* Opportunity to develop and earn up to a whopping £24,000.**

**So, what will I be doing exactly when I start with you?**
As a customer service advisor you will be part of a fast paced and target driven renewals teams. Which requires great communication skills, the ability to overcome customer objections and focus on customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. You willbe supporting customers by offering them the best price and products for their needs.
The calls you receive will be varied; they could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes, taking payments supporting customers in financial difficulty, handling complaints, and retaining customers that are looking to cancel with us. All calls areinbound, so you won't have to make any unexpected outbound calls at all Your days will be filled with helping our amazing customers who turn to you for your expect knowledge. (Don't worry, becoming an expert takes time, you will receive all the support youneed until you reach this stage).

**What we're looking for in a customer service advisor**:

- Pride and experience in delivering top quality customer experiences face to face or by phone.
- Previous experience in meeting customer expectations and delivering positive commercial outcomes in a sales or service environment.
- People who thrive in a fast

- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and drive a positive resolution.
- Computer skills: you'll take inbound calls whilst navigating our in-house software.

**What about the hours?**
When you join us as a customer service advisor, you'll be working on a rotational shift pattern between 08:00 - 19:00 Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS
