We are working with a company who are an industry leader in their specific field with over 20 years' experience. They have a full-time position available within their Finance department, offering you the opportunity to manage a small and friendly team. Inreturn for your hard work, you will receive a generous benefits package to include profit share, healthcare, pension, and holiday schemes.
To be successful you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, along with relevant qualifications. You must also have practical experience of using Sage Accounts.
Duties will include:
- Management of a team of 4 within the Finance department, while reporting to the Finance Director
- Implement KPI's to analyse performance and monitor trends
- Develop existing processes
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including forecasting and management packs for budget holders
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
- Assist with periodic external audits
- Cash flow and treasury management
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives
For this role you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with advanced excel skills. A proven ability to solve problems and create processes for others to follow, plus the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
