**Requirements**
- Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
- Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.
- Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
- Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
- strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.

**Qualification**
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services
- specialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps)
- Water safety Training
