**Apollo Home Healthcare is a provider of complex healthcare in the home where people are at the heart of what we do.**

**We have a new opportunity for a Quality Assistant to join our team in Heywood.**

The role reports into the Quality Manager and is fundamental in ensuring that the business meets regulatory standards.

You will be supporting and assisting the Quality Manager to drive forward best practice and high standards of care by auditing and reporting, developing and monitoring action plans and working collaboratively with both colleagues and stakeholders.

**Key Duties**:

- Undertaking regular quality reporting to monitor and report on key performance variables including: Worker compliance, Missed visits, Service User Compliance, Training Attendance
- Providing quality reports to external organisations such as CCG’s and other organisations.
- Understanding & interpreting various data to determine compliance with regulatory standards.
- Providing specific service information to CQC via Provider Information Returns (PIR’s) when requested.
- Supporting the operational and clinical teams in carrying out quality audits.
- Administering incidents, accidents and complaints across the organization.
- Ensuring that training standards and delivery are maintained across the workforce.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong IT skills with the ability to provide a high standard of accurate reporting via Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively across teams within the organisation
- Able to converse well and confidently at all levels
- Self-motivated

**Working Pattern**:

- Full Time, Permanent
- Office Based
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
