As a Murex Credit/Market Risk MLC Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Murex risk management platform with a focus on the MLC module. You'll work closely with the risk management team to ensure that the system accurately measures, monitors, and reports credit and market risk in line with the bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure the Murex MLC module in accordance with the bank's risk framework
- Design and develop risk management workflows, including limit monitoring and control processes within Murex
- Work closely with risk analysts to define and set up risk metrics, limits, and reports
- Conduct risk scenario analysis and stress testing using Murex tools
- Ensure the Murex platform aligns with regulatory requirements for credit and market risk reporting
- Assist in the resolution of MLC-related issues and provide ongoing support to the risk management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience working with the Murex trading platform, particularly with the MLC component
- Strong understanding of credit and market risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in setting up and calibrating risk models within Murex
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets and perform detailed analysis

**Desirable**:

- Relevant professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager)
- Experience with Murex DataMart reporting and MxML for trade workflow and processing
- Previous experience in a risk management role within a financial institution
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Perl for automation purposes.
