**Title**:
Supervising Social Worker - home based

Salary Package: £27,000 - £36,000 depending on experience

NonStop Care is currently working with a National Independent Fostering Agency in West Midlands in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker position. This IFA has established a solid reputation for excellence and currently provideschildren and families with a variety of services.

The role is completely home based, working from the comfort of your own home, which means you will have the opportunity to improve your work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee small caseloads around Shropshire and Staffordshire areas.

The role is to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children and young people in foster care, support foster parents and their families, while also achieving complete compliance with all necessary papers for each child and foster parent.

**Requirements**:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Social Work qualification and registration.

You must have knowledge of fostering regulations and standards.

Proven ability to produce a high standard of report writing is preferable.

You will be expected to travel, so a valid Driving Licence is required.
