The White Rabbit is a beautiful new venue in Ramsbottom, offering delicious food, snacks, coffee & drinks, open all day with friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

We are now hiring a part time front of house team member to deliver a fantastic memorable experience to our guests. Working shifts are midweek (mostly evenings) and weekends, with great hourly rates of pay plus all gratuities go in full directly to our team.

## Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and super friendly Server to join our team working mostly on the Floor but sometimes also on the Bar. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a customer-faced service environment, we would love to hear from you. You should be confident making cocktails, drinks and coffees in the Bar, or working the floor greeting and serving our guests.

## Responsibilities include:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Assist with food and drinks preparation, ensuring proper presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures

## Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a pub, bar or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £6.40-£11.50 per hour
