**Electrical Engineer**
**Location - Southwest London**
**Salary - £35,000 - £37,000**
**An opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a large team working across the domestic sector.**
The responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer
- To support the electrical testing & inspecting of residential units
- Installation of fire alarms, CCTV, emergency lighting, digital recordings etc.
- Electrical installations within residential properties and communal services
- Supervising electrical works on a regular basis
- Liaise with tenants and residents to manage any electrical issues

The ideal Electrical Engineer will have the following:

- Detailed knowledge of 18th wiring regulations
- Level 3 standard qualifications of equivalent
- 2391 testing and inspecting certificate
- Good written and verbal English
- A basic understanding of IT packages including Word, Excel, Outlook

Please note this role will start on a 3-month probationary contract before moving into a salaried role.
