**Double TWO **is returning to The Boulevard, Banbridge and looking to recruit a new team in preparation for our New Store Opening.

The role/s are available to start late October/early November to allow time for training and store set up. The team will consist of 3: Store Manager, and 2/3 x part time staff.

The position requires someone with a clear focus on driving sales whilst delivering the highest standards of service in all areas, from the minute the customer walks in the shop, to the minute they leave us.

To succeed you must have bags of energy and enthusiasm, be self-motivated, and have a genuine interest in people and fashion. Most importantly, you must be a team player

**You will work closely with the Store Manager and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes in all of the following areas**:

- Increasing sales
- Ensuring the highest standards of service is provided at all times
- Communicating effectively with members of the public and head office
- Create eye catching displays through effective merchandising and rotation of stock
- Maintain adequate stock levels both on shop floor and back areas
- Analyse poor performing lines and assist/manage through the business
- Check deliveries and liaise with warehouse/concessions
- Keep Stock losses to a minimum

**Experience Preferred**
- Previous Retail experience, within a sales driven, targeted environment.
- Retail and Merchandising experience

**Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.45 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 37.5 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
