SQL Analyst

I am working on an exciting opportunity with my client, who’s a well-established finance company, and are looking for **two SQL Analysts (Junior and Mid-level)** to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role, and you’llbe required to come to their **Orpington** office 3 times a week. You would be joining a fun and growing company who puts you first and offer training plans to suit your career path.
**Junior SQL Analyst - A salary between £24,000 - £28,000**:

- Design and create MI using SQL and Power BI
- Data analysis to find trends and anomalies
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems and procedures
- Work on several projects to provide data solutions and ADHOC requests
- Work and develop relationships with the wider team

**Skills**:

- A basic understanding of SQL
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate formulas & pivot tables)
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Clear communication skills and collaborates with others
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills

**SQL Analyst - A salary between £26,000 - £35,000**:

- Design and create MI using SQL, Microsoft SSRS, Zoho Analytics and Power BI
- Data analysis to find trends as well as recommend and implement improvements to systems
- Organise and communicate status of ADHOC requests in MI mailbox
- Work on projects to provide data solutions
- Work with accounts and operations team to ensure SLAs are met and Mi reports align with financials
- Managing Juniors in the team

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate formulas & pivot tables)
- Well experienced with SQL, SSRS, Python and Power BI
- Experience using SharePoint and data visualisation tools
