**DevOps Engineer - £37,000 - £50,000 - Remote**
VIQU is seeking for multiple DevOps Engineers to join a large organization within the retail sector on a remote basis that can offer excellent career progression and development prospects. They require a well-rounded and hands-on DevOps Engineer who willfocus on infrastructure support and projects delivery. The Junior DevOps Engineer will need good knowledge of DevOps Technologies including Infrastructure automation (Terraform) and Windows Azure platforms.
The DevOps Engineer will have an in-depth understanding of both public cloud platform and on-premises infrastructure, alongside understanding how it works within a hybrid connectivity scenario. The position is project and operational support focused andwill require The DevOps Engineer to work closely with the development teams to deliver projects, monitor proactively, and perform operational duties on the platforms.
**Experience in**:
- DevOps Technologies
- Infrastructure automation (Terraform)
- Kubernetes
- Windows and Linux servers both physical and virtual
- Cloud (Azure platforms)
- A good knowledge of network technologies and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IT, FTP and SMTP
- Red Hat OpenShift
- Active Directory, VMWare, and Hyper-V
- Strong knowledge of automation and scripting - including CI/CD pipeline
