**Calex have a vacancy for an Operational Support Coordinator (Maternity Cover) working on the Jaguar Land Rover Contract.**

This role is embedded within the Global Learning Services Team, part of Network Excellence - reporting into the Learning Services Operational Manager. The team are responsible for providing support to the market administrators on Jaguar Land Rover’s Global Learning Management System (LMS). This system houses the training records for the retailer teams which has over 60,000 users, as well as supports the delivery of virtual training via Adobe Connect on the use of its systems, and maintaining Digital Applications (Mobile Apps, via Apple App Store & Google Play Store).

In the role you will work with the market administrators and advise, coach and support the users of the system to resolve queries. You will be responsible for your own market and the tickets that are issues when queries are raised. You will need to execute these business requests in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude. This role is pivotal in the delivery of a successful service and requires a real passion to work as part of a busy, tenacious team who are targeted to bring queries to a smooth resolution.

**Role description**
Previous experience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS’s) and / or supporting users of web-based systems would be an advantage, but not essential. What does count is that you are a confident outgoing person who loves responsibility, challenges and working as part of a team. You must excel at providing advice, guidance and support and not feel afraid of running weekly update meeting, presenting engaging PowerPoint slides to your market team and multiple stakeholders at all levels.

**Required Skills**:
In order to meet the needs of this exciting role, you will be required to possess the majority of the skills listed below:

- Knowledge and Experience of working on Learning Management System(s) / LMSs
- Knowledge and / or Experience of working on Mobile App Stores (e.g. Apple and / or Google Play)
- Knowledge and / or Experience of Adobe Connect or other streaming / communication platforms (e.g. Teams)
- Experience of remote support and / or training
- Interest in data and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT & FORMULAS)
- Excellent Multi -Tasker
- Patience and an ability to focus on complex tasks to ensure resolution
- Good attention to detail
- Organised with good time management skills
- Able to work independently, flexibly and be adaptable
- Good teamwork skills
- Effective communicator

**Package**
This is a hybrid role, but you will be expected to work at one of the JLR offices in the West Midlands/Whitley/Lutterworth, at least 3 days per week.

Salary Circa £28,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension and Sage Employee Benefits Scheme.
