**Job Title**: HSQE Administrator.

**Department**: HSQE

**Location**: M-SPARC, Menai Science Park, Gaerwen, Anglesey.

**Reports to**: HSQE Manager.

**Job Type**: Full Time Basis / Hybrid (may be required to work from different company sites and or from home as instructed or by agreement with line manager.)

**Summary**:
The HSQE Administrator is responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of health, safety, quality, and environmental programs within the organization. This role involves administrative tasks, documentation management, and collaboration with various departments, contractors, and customers to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and organizing HSQE-related documents, records, and reports including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ordering supplies.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible and traceable.
- Assist in creating and revising HSQE policies, procedures, and manuals.

**Compliance Monitoring**:

- Monitor compliance with HSQE regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to identify non-compliance issues.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits and inspections.
- Help ensure all necessary documentation is readily available for auditors and inspectors.
- Update compliance tracking systems as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop corrective action plans and track their implementation.

**Training Support**:

- Coordinate and schedule HSQE training sessions for employees.
- Maintain training records and assist in the development of training materials.
- Track employee certifications and ensure training requirements are met.

**Incident Reporting**:

- Assist in the investigation and documentation of accidents, incidents, near-misses, and environmental breaches.
- Compile incident reports and assist in root cause analysis.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of incident reports.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate and prepare and analyse data related to health, safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Input and manage data related to HSQE activities into databases or tracking systems.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of HSQE excellence.
- Coordinate communication within the HSQE department and other departments.
- Communicate HSQE policies, initiatives, and updates to employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for HSQE-related inquiries.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in HSQE improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to existing processes.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging HSQE trends.

**8. Company Compliance**
- Everyone working for or on behalf of The Hogan Groups Companies must abide by all company policies and associated processes, procedures, and documented instructions as well as all relevant legal and other requirements including:

- HSQE requirements.
- Legislative requirements.
- Certification requirements.
- All relevant software used by the company as directed.
- All relevant comms used by the company as directed**.**
- Attend and participate in relevant regular meetings, including committee, department, management meetings and management review.
- Continual Improvement - Assist with department and or company projects as instructed by the line manager.

**9. Training and CPD**
- Everyone must undertake training that has been identified for their roll by the company.
- You will be required to familiarise yourself with colleague roles to provide complimentary cover as instructed by your line manager.
- You will be required to perform any reasonable request by your line manager.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have a full UK driving license as traveling between sites may be required.

**Education**:

- IOSH Managing safely would be preferred but is not essential.
- Knowledge of relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) would be a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and document management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge or relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar administrator’s role, preferably within the construction industry and with minimum 3-year experience
