Copy and Space is a creative agency that specialises in producing 3D virtual tours. A significant part of our work focuses on property marketing for estate agents, assisting them in advertising homes through packages that include **3D virtual tours, property photography, and floor plans.**

**+ Job Overview**

We are currently looking for a skilled freelance photographer to join our team. They will be responsible for capturing high-quality 3D virtual tours and photos at properties in Harrow and surrounding areas. Using a **Matterport Pro3 Camera** (provided), they will shoot virtual tours and photos on-site, then upload the files from home the same day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit properties to capture 3D virtual tours and photos independently using the **Matterport Pro 3 **Virtual Tour Camera
- Collect and return keys to estate agents as needed
- Select and upload photos to our cloud by 8pm same day

**Scheduling and Appointments**:

- **Appointment Frequency**:Currently 1-3 times per week
- **Scheduling**: Calendar invites are sent a few days to a week in advance, with confirmation required by end of day. Link your availability calendar for smoother scheduling
- **Appointment Duration**: Up to 1.5 hours on-site, plus 30 minutes for uploading files by 8pm from home

**Requirements**:

- Valid UK driving license and car access for Harrow area appointments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet **same-day upload deadlines**:

- Strong creative eye; real estate photography experience a plus
- Friendly, professional, with excellent communication skills

**Compensation**:

- **Set £35 per appointment **(£30 for site visit and selecting / uploading photos + £5 travel contribution)
- Additional £10 for larger properties
