A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to be appointed as a Primary Care Research Practitioner.
The role will play a key part of the Primary Care and Community Research Delivery Centre, Health and Care Research Wales’ primary and community research delivery programme.
The post holder will require excellent communication skills, have a positive and flexible approach to the needs of the Service, be motivated, ready for the next challenge and enjoy working as part of a very busy team.
**These will include**:

- helping to deliver plans to support and develop multi agency working aimed at supporting the expansion and enhancement of clinical research across Wales.
- assist in the management of a caseload of clinical trial patients, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- ensure high quality service delivery, working closely with the NHS R&D offices and local primary and secondary care research delivery staff
- train and assess research staff to ensure their competency is in line with local and national research frameworks

This is a Health and Care Research Wales post, hosted by Powys Teaching Health Board.
