**£30K Negotiable Salary + Bonuses - OTE £50,000+ (1st year)**

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser with an award winning Chester based Estate Agent has arisen due to the firms continued expansion. You will be giving Mortgage & Protection Advice to their new and existing clients.

There is the possibility of this position becoming a Managerial Role / Directorship with a share option in the future as this is a key appointment and an integral part of the business plan.

You will benefit from working at their new and welcoming Chester based offices, excellent IT, the support of the management and administration teams and with high quality, pre qualified leads. Due to the nature of this role and previous experience as a MortgageAdviser is essential.

In return you will receive a highly competitive salary, plus bonuses and benefits package which add up to a very realistic On Target Income of £50,000+.(1st year - rising there after)
