**The Role**Reporting directly to the VP EMEA, the key challenges of this role will include:
- The development and implementation of a HR strategy that supports a fast growing multi-sited, multi-cultural business employing circa 1000 people.
- The Director of HR - EMEA will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation, talent management and retention, including organisational design and development.
