It is not essential that you have previous experience of working in residential homes as we recognise that individuals come with a wide range of experiences and transferable skills. We offer an excellent induction and training package, including supporting you to attain a level 3 qualification in working with Children and Young people, if you do not already have this.

You will be required to work shifts on a rota basis. This includes working evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will also be required to sleep in as part of your duties

- Level 2 - You will need a basic level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
