Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to move into 1st role within an IT environment? We can offer you training to start your career within an exciting and expanding company. You will be working within a team to support our customers, such as Greggs, The Gym Group, Burger King to name a few.
**You will need to have the willingness to learn how too**:
- Learn how to support the team to handle technical issues with CCTV recording and monitoring
- Working with our field team of engineers to ensure all areas of CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control are configured to high standards
- Support to resolve issues remotely or set up cases for field engineers to attend
- Update customer support cases and process through to invoicing
- Any other tasks required to fulfil the role of a Customer Systems Support
- Ahere to Company policies and procedures
