**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods.
- Ensure all relevant records are kept up to date.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Culinary qualifications or relevant training would be advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
