Charca Telecom Limited are Vodafone's franchise partner and Appointed FCA Representative and have been operating their store in The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol BS34 5UR since September 2021.

Charca's company director is a local business man who has worked in telecoms and the mobile business since 1992

If successful, you will be contracted with Charca and working to Vodafone's operating procedures and FCA regulations which we must adhere to.

**The Opportunity**

This is a rare opportunity to join the experienced team in the Vodafone store in The Mall. Its a sales and customer service role and is great opportunity for you to earn a good salary with great commissions.

Charca have the highest commission structure of all Vodafone stores in the South West. With uncapped bonuses, the right person can earn well with their best efforts.

The bonus structure, with a great team ethic, training and support from a highly experienced exVodafone management team has contributed to an extremely low staff churn, zero, over the last year. Thus this being a rare opportunity.

**The Mall**

The Mall is an out of town shopping destination easily accessible by bus and situated just off the M4/M5 junction for shoppers who often travel more than an hour and half to get here.

Most suitable for drivers, there are 7000 FREE parking spaces.

It is covered, air-conditioned and clean with many high end stores that attract many affluent buyers. The Vodafone store is next to Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and the new Goldsmiths store on the 1st floor. H Beauty recently joined The Mall as their 3rd site outside of Harrods, London.

Our store has about 5000 visitors a month so there is a great opportunity to earn well in this Elite Vodafone store which is one of the busiest in the South West.

We also arent affected by Bristols Clean Air Zone Act so footfall could grow this Christmas

**Store Hours**

The store opens the same hours as The Mall; 9.30 - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 11am - 5pm on Sundays.

Working on a permanent full time basis of 5 shifts a week including bank holidays and 6 hours on Sundays, the 8 hour shifts are split during the day to account for the early opening and late closing and you will be required to work a mix of both per week

Due to the bank holidays worked we offer 32 days holiday a year.

**Salary**

**Base Salary: £22,672**

**OTE **in excess of **£33,472 **as bonuses are uncapped

**Role purpose**:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales, showing their ability of over delivering on targets and KPI's, and is keen to further develop their skill set.

Create and maintain rapport with the customer to understand and meet their needs and deliver a brilliant customer experience that is right first time, while also exceeding sales targets both individually and as a team.

To approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customers needs.

**Key Accountabilities and decision ownership**
- To provide a high quality service and complete tasks accurately
- Deliver your work operating within the current frameworks and processes of your team and department
- Provide informal guidance when required to support new team members
- tNPS (Touchpoint net promotor score)
- Sales dashboard (sales and cross-sales)
- Operations and Control dashboard
- Line manager feedback/reviews
- Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times
- Partaking in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required
- Share Charca Telecom’s social media posts to keep local communities informed
- Increase your social business network by becoming trusted adviser and requesting customer recommendations

- Identify the right opportunities for additional sales and services
- Prepare the store for the customer
- Make suggestions to the Store Manager on how to improve customer service
