Private Nanny

Hi we are the Rycrofts, a friendly, welcoming and hard working family based in Bracklesham.

We are seeking a reliable, experienced and caring Nanny to support us (and become part of our team) with childcare for our 5 month old boy, at our home in Bracklesham.

We both run our own companies, working largely from our office at home travelling in occasionally. This means we are used to employing and working 'alongside' our teams and understand what it takes to create long term successful working relationships.

This also means we are around and present, able to attend activities altogether and lead in the parenting of our little boy.

*The Role** salary depending on experience

We would be happy to offer this position to be full time, salaried and employed position or discuss more flexibility if needed over 4-5 days. Mum & Dad went back to work after six weeks so support as a family is important.

*Who are we looking for:*

We are looking for a Nanny who is conscientious, has an interest in and knowledge of child development and has previous experience of working with other infants. Therefore we are looking for a Nanny who is:

- Organised and good with time keeping
- Child development, milsestones & routines
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in childcare or nannying and experience with routine
- Ability to educate and engage children in various age appropriate activities
- Valid driver's licence for transporting children when necessary
- Maintain a safe and tidy environment for the children

*Duties*

Day to day the role will include:

- Planning ahead for little one including:

- Joining days out as a family
- Planning and delivering age appropriate activities
- Walks out into nature and on the beach
- Attending pre booked classes, sensory sessions and music class weekly
- Assisting and organising around the house with some light housekeeping
- Optional travel abroad also a possibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
