Sales Support Administrator
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will take on board all general sales support administrative duties. The role will also involve working closely alongside other members of the sales office team and Area Sales Managers. This is a superb opportunity for someone who wishes to work within a sales office environment.
**Responsibilities and duties will include**:
- **Sales Support Administrator Role**:
- To ensure the correct data entry of sales orders, customer delivery addresses following agreed procedure.
- To provide customers with any information they request with regard to despatch information, stock levels, outstanding orders and proof of delivery.
- To provide support to Business Development Managers.
- To provide customers with product and technical information, liaising with BDM team and Sales Support Manager.
- Working with Supply Chain and Warehouse departments to fulfil customer orders and enquiries
- To maintain customer records and dashboards in CRM.
- Liaise with IT/Sales Support at Head Office in France on technical issues, developments and change requests.
- Provide ad hoc reports and information to management upon request.
- To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
- To proactively contact customers (current and new) to promote Delta Plus product range working in conjunction with the external BDM team.
- To monitor sales activity of customers (increasing or decreasing sales) and report to the Sales Support Manager and BDM team.
You must have previous experience of providing sales support. It is essential that you are educated to GCSE Level with English and Maths at Grade C or above and have excellent IT skills. In order to be successful in this role you will be highly organised, self-motivated, reliable and not afraid of a challenge with a flexible approach to work.
In short, we are looking for a bubbly, outgoing personality; someone who will come across well when dealing with customers over the phone. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This is a full-time permanent role and salary will be dependent upon previous experience.
