Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: One day a week in the Lichfield Office

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our busy team

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Identify and build relationships with potential partner organisations;
- Create integrated, multi-media marketing plans;
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide the right marketing resources and activities to successfully attract students
- Supporting local participation in a range of events and activities;
- Working closely with the recruitment team and training teams to track and report on success
- Sales Collateral; help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the sales team - brochures, presentations and case studies
- Campaign Management; manage a variety of end to end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You'll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution
- Content Marketing; write long form blogs that are optimised for SEO and our target keywords
- Website; use the CMS to update the website with content, ensure its optimised for SEO and track its performance
- Social; post and repurpose content across our social channels
- CRM; segment data for campaigns.
- Analysis/ROI; pull together data for the Group Marketing Manager and track the marketing spend.
- Must have Adobe Creative Cloud
- 3-4 years all round marketing experience
- Desirable - have experience in videography
- Excellent communicator and able to build new relationships easily
- Strong marketing and events knowledge
- Data driven with excellent report skills
- Able to work well under pressure and deliver quality work
- Attention to detail
