Egalité Care is a local domiciliary care serivce based in Findon, West Sussex. We support adults with a learning disability in small supported living services and in the community. We pride ourselves on being professional, supportive and rewarding to both clients and staff.

We are currently seeking a Support Worker with good verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work directly with clients living in the community. This position will entail assisting our clients with daily tasks like personal hygiene, preparing meals and upkeep of the home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive to the homes of clients.
- Provide assistance and support to clients in a homecare setting.
- Observe and monitor clients and keep detailed notes.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the clients needs are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.60-£11.60 per hour
